Fennel seeds – You can buy fennel seeds as whole seeds or already pulverized. The fresher the better.

Recommendation:

For feeling of coldness in the lower abdomen. This tea is beneficial for mother and infant (when breastfeeding). It especially helps with indigestion.

Jujube Berries (Da Zao)

Ginger

Hot Water

Make a tea and drink throughout the day.

All teas can be consumed hot in wintertime and room temperature during the summer. Generally it is not recommended to have any iced drinks or refrigerated beverages.
